Mission
Our school operates in compliance with the Buddhist Beliefs. We aim to enhance students・ academic performance and foster students・ moral development, set up the proper life values and explore students・ potential so that they can maximize their strengths and contribute to the society.

Traits

1. Focusing effort in fostering students・ development of multiple intelligence, increasing the effectiveness of teaching in order to provide better care for our students
2. Elite Program, Learning Enhancement Program and Homework catering Class are organized to students whom with different abilities and needs
3. Students・ learning performances in lessons and assignments are reflected in the Formative Assessment Scheme, Uniform Tests and Examinations which is shown in the report card

New Senior Secondary Curriculum
The curriculum designed is based on students・ abilities and promoting students・ balanced and whole person development. The school lays emphasis on lowering the class size and increasing the number of split classes in hope of catering for learner diversity. The Preparation Meetings are arranged for core subjects to enhance the effectiveness of teaching and learning. The non-academic curriculum such as Music, Visual Arts and Physical Education courses are put into the school timetable so as to let students take an opportunity to develop their potentials. Other Learning Experience and after-school extended activities are also the areas of concern. Project Learning, exchange programs and volunteer services are organized to widen the horizon of the students. The senior curriculum composes 8 Key Learning Areas which offers a wide and balanced choice for students. The school co-organizes 3-4 Applied Learning Courses with VTC for students to choose in hope to explore their career aspirations in specific areas.

Others
Since the school is going to merge with Buddhist Tai Kwong Middle School progressively from the 2009-1010 school year. The school name will change to ：Buddhist Tai Kwong Chi Hong College；.
