The Hong Kong Buddhist Sangha College

The Hong Kong Buddhist Sangha College, sponsored by The Hong Kong Buddhist Association, is the first institution of full-time Buddhist studies for Sangha students in Hong Kong. The length of study is three years. The primary mission is to provide systematic Buddhist training to students, and to nurture their different talents. Graduates are expected to be able to propagate the dharma teachings, administer temples or further studies.

The College, situated in Ha Wo Che Village in Shatin, has an excellent range of modern facilities in its teaching and administrative complex, comprising of the main hall, conference room, library, computer and language laboratory, and modern classroom with multi-media learning equipments. Adjacent to the Complex is the comfortable accommodation block for the boarding students. To respond to the changing demands of the knowledge-based society, the college places a strong emphasis on the use of information technology in both teaching and learning.
